level of standard of students. I (Mr. Tarka Bahadur Khatri) set some questions
regarding to discussion and interaction. First of all,the School SMC Chair, Mr.

on to maintain and regulate the manpower for quality education. Reading culture
should be maintained by every teahers. Now a days, teachers should be more
sensitive than doctors. He strongly expressed his opposed that the tradition of
taking TPD only for certificate and Promotion.
He advised to the teachers to be careful to practice and update the new
knowledge with being digitally sound as per the demand of time. He also

of Nepalgunj. We reached there on 3:10 pm, but unluckily we could not able to
enter and view the entire scenic beauty
of this park because the gate of the garden was locked. Due to this result, we
could not take photos and live presentation from this place. It made us
unhappy. After that, we moved to the observe the view tower situated at
Kohalpur Chapargaudi at 4:00PM.
A view tower of Kohalpur,
Chappargaudi, is a tower built and
managed by Sirjana Community forest costumer Club. They took entrance fee per person Rs. 25 and the

Conclusion:
This opportunity concluded that
if we have desire to do something that we have to start from ourselves.NELTA is
a such platform to teach us such innovative activities and developing skills.
Thank you Hom sir for showing us in right path. The influence of politics in
Education is not good so it should be detached from educational practices. It
would be better if all the participants of TPD could be participated in our
visit. Thanks a lot!
That's great Sir I will read later on
